Our Team

Electia is a native of Montgomery, where she has been an accomplished Realtor for more than 16 years.  She’s a Qualifying Broker and is the owner of two successful companies, of which one is part of a franchise:  PMI River Region provides property management services to over 13 Alabama counties. She founded Bealoaks Properties in 2011. Bealoaks is a brokerage firm that serves the entire state if Alabama. 

Electia is a regular guest on two prominant radio shows. She provides information that is critical for residents that will help them to make educated decisions when it comes to real estate and their finances. 

Electia founded her Real Estate School in October of 2019. She’s a Certified Distance Education Instructor.  Approved by the education department of the Alabama Real Estate Commission, the school is qualified to teach 5 essential courses: Salesperson Pre-License, Salesperson Post License, Broker Pre-License, Risk Management, and Code of Ethics.

Electia has earned her Bachelor of Science from Troy University.  She has also earned a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Management from Amridge University.  Because of her continued level of academic excellence, Electia was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success as a Presidential member.
In 2021, Electia retired from the U.S. Army(27 years). Electia is an active member of her church, currently serves as a Director on the board of the Ivy Foundation Montgomery Inc. and has been an active member of Beta Nu Omega; Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc since 2014.
